Sharkawy & Sarhan Law Firm aspires to establish a law firm which, as an institution, exemplifies ethics and community service. We strongly believe that we have a duty to give back to the community in which we prosper.

We are also convinced that we are better able to serve and contribute to our community through the provision of legal services of which we have detailed knowledge and in which we have accumulated a wealth of experience.

Our success and affluence is owed to this community, which we therefore have a duty to support financially. Accordingly, as part of its constituent documents, Sharkawy & Sarhan Law Firm is committed to use part of the profits of the firm for the establishment of a pro bono division and for investment into development projects in Egypt.

Our desire is that these should not merely be an add-on but a core value of our business. Hence, our Pro Bono Department is treated on an equal footing with our general practice and is expected to abide by the same high standards which we require from our lawyers in relation to our corporate/commercial clients. The work is handled with the same scrupulousness, responsiveness and efficiency. Sharkawy & Sarhan Law Firm has a full time lawyer and one part-time lawyer who are exclusively allocated to leading and operating our pro bono initiatives.

We are convinced that the firm should invest in young talents and support students in choosing their future career. For this purpose, the firm participates in various activities directed at students and legal education.
